Unemployed and living in his aunt's basement, Phil A. Phrenetic came up with the perfect way to turn his life around: developing a free browser game where you could simulate being a college football coach. Phil recruited the five other people in Philadelphia who cared about college football to join his team, and after months of hard work, they completed their opus: College Football Coach Online.
